We are currently delivering to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. In case you are not living in one of these countries, but you really want a Bufandy, don't worry. Please get in touch with us via the 'send us a message' section on the bottom of the page and we will find a way to get it to you.
Delivery to the Netherlands is free. For Belgium and Germany it is free for orders above € 100, else you pay € 3,95. Shipping takes usually 1-3 working days for the Netherlands, and 3-5 for Belgium and Germany.
Not happy and satisfied with your purchase? You can return your items within 14 days. Returning goods works easily, safely and quickly through your account. To login, click on the link in the left top corner. In the menu, you can see your order and choose the products you would like to return. After that we will send you a shipping label.
You did not create an account when you bought your Bufandy? No problem, either create one now with the same email address you purchased with us or get directly in contact with us via email to email@example.com.
Our return service is not yet available for other countries than BE-NL-DE.
Return shipping from other countries have to be shipped to us postage paid, but still after contacting us.
We will only accept unworn returned items that are in good condition.
Please leave the labels on the item and keep it in the original packaging.
Damaged or soiled articles are not accepted.
Bufandy that were not purchased directly on our website cannot be refunded and needs to be returned at the store or webshop you purchased it.
Costs of returns
You will pay a fee of € 3,95 as a contribution to the costs of return shipping. This fee is subtracted automatically from your refund amount.
The shipping fees of the original shipment (if applicable) are not refunded but used as an additional compensation for return shipping.
Once we have received the returned package, we will refund your money and send you an email to confirm this. We shall refund the money within 1 week of receiving your package.
