SHIPPING
• The Netherlands: free shipping on orders above €50. For smaller orders, we charge €3.95.
• EU (excluding the Nordics): free shipping on orders above €100, otherwise €6.50.
• Nordics (Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland): free shipping on orders above €100, otherwise €7.95.

Delivery times:
• Within the Netherlands: 1–3 working days
• Other countries: 3–7 working days
So you get to enjoy your new Bufandy item as soon as possible!
RETURNS
We truly hope you love your purchase. But if it’s not quite right, no worries — you can return it within 30 days of receiving your package.
• Items must be unworn, in their original packaging and with all labels attached.
• We unfortunately cannot accept items that are used, damaged or soiled.
We handle your return carefully and quickly, so the process is smooth and stress-free.
Returns from The Netherlands & Belgium:

Costs:
• The Netherlands: €3.95
• Belgium: €6.50
The return shipping fee is paid directly when creating the return label. Once we have received your return in our warehouse, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 working days.
Returns from other countries:
1. Announce your return via the LOGIN link at the top left of our website, using your email address and a password. (This also works if you didn’t create an account when placing your order.)
2. After announcing, please send your return (at your own cost) to:

Please make sure your name and order number are included inside the package. We’ll refund the purchase amount within 5 working days of receiving your return.
EXCHANGES
Would you like to exchange an item? We like to keep things simple:
1. Return the item you don’t want to keep.
2. Place a new order in our webshop.
This way, you’ll receive your new item as soon as possible.
